First critique so I will try and do well.

I actually like this design. I like the idea of having a dark skin, white hair, purple eye combination (One of my character designs is like this. In fact, this character could literally be related to him). It is rare to have that design so, to pull it off successfully is an impressive feat. I am also a fan of the purple in her hair mostly being hidden by the scarf. Her nose is well designed. It stands out and makes her look unique as if to be foreign.

The way her clothing and staff have those teal designs in them, plus her teal bracelet, make it appear as if there is some technology behind her simple wear and weapon. I say this also because her boots give off a sort of "armor" by the way they appear. Because of this, I would assume she is not so unskilled and would probably be very important as a servant of some kind in her land.

As far as criticism, I have very few, as this is impressive. The scarf does seem a bit off to me. Not in design but in purpose. Because I am getting a desert region feel from this character, a cloak would seem a bit more appropriate if anything at all. It would still cover her head (Which I do like) but it would serve as better protection from the elements. I would also like to see it cover her face more. Not to be like a ninja or anything but sometimes, due to the elements, she could have her face concealed until ready. It would also make her eyes stand out more. Plus, when her beauty is revealed, it would make for an interesting story that this fighter does possess the beauty you gave her.

Other than that, I think this is a beautifully designed character. Due to the rarity of dark skinned, white haired, purple eyed characters, I am not sure she would be the most popular but she definitely would stand out and be easily recognizable so she would be popular among those who do appreciate her. I'm already wanting to know about her profile.
